We deliver the finest stationery you will ever see through a structured design process and quality controlled production ensuring timely execution.
I. Discovery Call
After I receive your email inquiry, I will send you a questionnaire to complete before your consultation. This will give me good sense of who you are, your story and your aesthetic. We will cover all nuances of paper, print and what you can expect when we work together in this call.
IV. Design
This is the fun part. Once we have gathered all the wording, we will create a design that captures your vision and brings a sense of excitement to the process. Two complimentary rounds of revisions are included.
II. Proposal
Following our discussion, you will receive a formal estimate for your project within 2–4 business days. To commence the ideation phase, a non-refundable creative fee of $3,500 is required. At this stage, we will also share a contract for your review and signature to move forward.
IV. Production
Once the design is approved and the invoice has been paid in full, production will begin. Depending on the complexity of the work, print production can take anywhere between 4 and 8 weeks or more.
III. Ideation
Within two weeks of receiving the creative fee, we will share the first design direction for your stationery. This digital mockup will be composed of rough line-drawn sketches. Following approval of the initial concept, 50% of the remaining project balance (after the creative fee) will be due. Timelines will be shared within a week.
V. Delivery
When all of the pieces have arrived from our print partners, we will assemble the suites for you. When everything is stuffed and ready, we will mail the package to you. We will discuss mailing service as an option if needed.

Before we dive in, we simply ask for a comfortable range to work within so we can suggest materials and approaches that feel right for you.
Investment differs greatly based on design intricacy, materials and production methods. Our clients typically allocate between $10,000 and $40,000+ on fully custom event details from save the dates, invitations, day-of paper goods, branding and guest gifting. We charge an upfront creative fee of $3500 which is considered towards your total investment. This fee includes conceptualizing ideas and research that goes towards a project. To give each project the attention it deserves and create our best work, we take on only a limited number of clients each year.
